Medium very strongly bluish green in daylight (fluorescent light) and medium reddish purple under incandescent light, the color change is strong. The daylight blue green is especially attractive in stones from this deposit. For an alexandrite, the cut and proportions are quite good. Round alexandrites are always hard to find and I jumped on this one because I was able to get it at a reasonable price.
